The End
The End is Minecraft’s final and most mysterious dimension, consisting of vast void space with floating islands made of end stone. It is home to the game’s ultimate boss, the Ender Dragon, which players must defeat to complete the main progression. The central island features tall obsidian pillars topped with end crystals that heal the dragon, creating a challenging battle. After defeating the dragon, players can explore the outer End islands, where they can find End Cities and End Ships containing valuable loot such as elytra for gliding and shulker boxes for advanced storage. The dimension is inhabited mainly by endermen and shulkers, and it has no weather, no day-night cycle, and minimal natural resources aside from chorus plants. To reach the End, players must activate an End Portal in a stronghold using Eyes of Ender, making it the ultimate destination for prepared adventurers seeking rare rewards and the game’s hardest challenge.
