Gameplay

Spore is a game where you fight for your survival. Not only that, but you also gain the ability to evolve your specie in Spore. This allows you to make whatever your heart desires, making Spore the perfect game for creativity.

Not only is Spore a fun game where you can make a specie, you also go through five different stages in spore. They are as following:

• The cell stage is the first stage you play in spore. This stage introduces you to a world where you and other species fight over food and where you get the choice to either be freindly and eat plants, or you can be aggresive and eat others.
• The Creature stage is the stage that first introduces the 3D world you will be playing in for some time. In this stage, the game allows you to build you specie to either sing and ally with other or fight and slaughter.
• The Tribal stage is the stage where food is survival. Food can be obtained by either killing helpless, brainless creatures, fishing or collecting food from nearby plants. Food is not only used for feeding your tribe, but also used to build different buildings and bribe other tribes.
• The Civilisation stage is the stage that puts your brain into hardmode. This is because in this stage, you are either trying to buy your way into ruling over the planet, fight you way or use your religious skills to do it, all with different tacticts.
• The Space stage is the stage that is by far the most creative one. It allows you to not only leave your home planet to discover new planets where you can colonize yourself, but also allows you to discover an entire galaxy, filled with custom planets, while customizing your space craft with weapons and other tools.

Objectives for each stage

All stages has their own objectives and how to win that stage to move on to the next. The objectives are as following:

• In the cell stage, the objective is to eat as much as you can, while at the same time finding and discovering new parts to put on your specie. This is possible by calling for a mate and creating a new generation with new traits and abilities. You move on from this stage by eating until you develop a brain. Then, your specie will be able to go up to the surface.
• In the Creature stage, you start of where the last stage ended, coming up on land. You now do like in the cell stage, eat either others or plants to survive. It also gives you the ability to sing and ally with other species. This continues until you have developed a brain big enough to realise you need to build houses.
• In the Tribal stage, you and other tribes, all fight for the control of the continent. This can be achieved by either playing music they like to ally with the other tribes or use assign your population with different weapons to defeat them.
• In the Civilisation stage, your tribe has grown to be an entire city. In this stage, you get access to build either factories to make more money, entertainment to make your people happy, or houses to enchance the effects of the other buildings, as well as having more space for cars, boats and planes, all used to defeat/ally with other cities.
• In the Space stage, the objective is to make your way through the galaxy to discover new races, spices to sell and planets to colonize. All of this is to build your spaceship so you will be ready to get past the grox and enter the glactic core in the middle of the galaxy to win the game.
