Nextbots are the main antagonists of the game Evade, that chase down and kill players once they have been spotted. As stated previously, Nextbots are walking PNGs with the sole intention of killing the player, dealing every player 100 damage and serving as the game's main obstacle/enemy. There are over 60 Nextbots in Evade, but only 2 nextbots can be active per round and only 1 will spawn when there are not enough players (although some special rounds alter this amount). Every Nextbot emits a unique sound that loops and can only be heard when you are in proximity of them. Most Nextbots also have audio that play upon killing someone, and they can have multiple kill sounds. The average Nextbot is 2% slower than the player, and can be generally be outrun pretty easily. However, some Nextbots also have speed boosts, such as Angry Munci, one of the most challenging Nextbots due to his 66% speed boost. Nextbots have around 500,000 health[1] and can be killed via weapons or vehicles with enough time, although this is virtually impossible in public servers.
Special Rounds are rounds that occur every third round. They have some sort of gimmick with them that make the round more challenging and fun. They are used to give the game more variety and keep the player base engaged. Special Rounds could also happen by typing in a special round in the private server panel causing it to spawn on any round.
Gamemodes are alternatives to the standard game that heavily modify how the game is played, ranging from having 50 players to a deathmatch. There are currently 7 gamemodes available.
Emotes, alternatively referred to as Taunts, are animations that your avatar performs. They are typically a type of dance accompanied by music. You can buy emotes from the shop with money earned from every round. Emotes can be equipped in 6 slots, to emote, press G, and then press the numbers 1-6 to perform the emote in that slot.
Cosmetics are a miscellaneous feature in Evade that change how a player or an item may look. Some skins can be obtained through the daily shop that resets every 24 hours, and others can be obtained in a special way. Cosmetics should not be confused with cosmetic skins. Cosmetics will not grant any special abilitys or give any advantages, as they are just for looks as they are accessorys.
Skins are a feature in Evade that will offer the user advantages. Skins can slightly buff the player making it one of the most essential items in the game. Skins can be bought by going on Equipment, Character Shop and in the Skins tab. They can be equipped by going on Equipment, Character Inventory and in the Equipables tab. The player can equip only one Skin at a time.
Lights are equipment that can illuminate the map, allowing the player to see better during the dark. They can be equipped and unequipped by pressing F in a match. Lights are most used in the Darkness special round.
The Utilities are items that help the user in some way. Only one may be equipped at a time and they last for 6 rounds before they disappear from your inventory.
Usables are cheap items that give the player boosts, to help them with evading Nextbots, but can only be used once. Currently, there is only one item under this category, and that is the Cola.
